Thanks to our in-house shipping and forwarding company, we provide transport by ship. Whether it’s Alpine moraine chippings for Amsterdam, gravel for Basel, specialist sand for the Caribbean island of Aruba, granite paving from Portugal, basalt from Turkey, marble from Greece and Italy, granite blocks from India, gneiss from Brazil or floor slabs from China – all goods are delivered to the customer on time and at a reasonable price.<\/p>\n

But not just stones, we also transport grain, scrap metal, fertiliser, potash, wire rod, glass, and much more. Whether bundled, bagged, loose or in containers, our professionals have the right solution for every logistical task. The concept is as simple as it is effective: we purchase the goods directly for you in Europe or overseas, arrange the transport, perform ongoing quality controls, consult with you on-site, and supply them directly or from our warehouse. We rely on shipping – an underestimated ecology-oriented mode of transport!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thanks to the possibility of transporting large quantities of goods in one ship, shipping is a much more ecologically oriented mode of transport than, for example, transporting goods by road or rail. This is highly beneficial to the environment:<\/p>\n

1 inland vessel with a cargo of 2000 tonnes carries the same amount as 50 railway wagons or 80 HGVs. To ship 1 tonne of cargo 100 km, an inland vessel needs 1.3 litres of diesel.
